Quenching refers to controlled cooling of steel components to impart hardness and other physical properties. ZEST Quenching oil is a blend of high quality base stocks with suitable additives. These oils are easier to control and are widely used in general purpose quenching operations.

Applications:

• Suitable for maintaining quenching bath at 150 – 180 O C
• Recommended for mass production of high quality products such as bearings, transmission components etc.
