GEARCON LUBRICANTS is one of the India's leading Oil Manufacturing Company located in Chhattisgarh, India with the brand name of ZEST. We create and market Industrial & Automotive Lubricants with sophisticated additives for high-performance. Our ambition is to make our products available to the entire country. Since our company's inception in 2015, we have been investing in and focusing on the production of high-performance specialty lubricants and chemicals in response to the increased demand for environmentally friendly products. Engine oil for motorcycles and autos, agricultural vehicles, commercial vehicles, and automobiles are among the lubricants we offer. We also manufacture industrial lubricants such as soluble cutting oil, quenching oil, neat cutting oil, and a variety of other related items.

Quality:
Our Quality policy covers inspection and verification of product at every stage of production, right from procurement to finished product.
Stage I: All incoming raw materials are inspected for conforming to appropriate specifications for quality and thereafter approved for issue to the production department for the manufacturing purpose. Similarly the packaging materials are inspected for conforming to appropriate specifications.
Stage II: In Process Materials - during production stage samples of in process materials are drawn and inspected for batch process control as per established quality planned flowchart and corrective actions taken, if required.
Stage III: Finished products are inspected and approved before filling and packing.
The laboratory is fully equipped with all the testing equipment and apparatus to test completely the products as per requirements of relevant specifications.
